Q: What were your biggest challenges?

A: There were many challenges. One of them was having consistent sales. We were relying on referrals and I can't predict how consistent the stream of students will come in. After working with you guys, we started to have a more consistent flow of students!

Q: What other things have you tried before to overcome your challenge of student inflow, and why didn't they work?

A: We tested many marketers. A lot of times they will run marketing campaigns but not know exactly what our business is about. They will just have a very fuzzy idea that tuition should be "like that", so sometimes they communicate messages that aren't us. This is the worst part.

The better marketers they will seek to understand your business and then try to communicate with what you are saying. But then the thing is, I'm not a marketing expert, so I don't know how to phrase my words in a marketing way as well. If they use the words that I use, that obviously is not going to work either.

Your team hears our words and fuses it with the professional skills they have, and it's created better results.

Q: What would you say is your biggest transformation after working with us?

A: Now there's a sales process in place which includes videos. I learned that a sale does not happen only when the person comes into our place, but it happens once they become a lead. So we need to start nurturing from there rather than having no processes and just waiting for them to appear before starting to sell them.

Q: What are your biggest results after working with us?

A: We got 10X of ROI on our paid marketing, as compared to a negative ROI before.

Q: What will you say we did during the process that got you that transformation?

A: Close communication. Steph understands what we are and what our product is about. Once the result doesn't show, she will do very quick changes, instead of how marketers will usually just let it run for one whole month, burn all the money first, and then tell you it doesn't work. That is a bit too late! The ongoing adjustments does make a difference.

The processes in place also helped in terms of sales, as parents who have confirmed an appointment have a very high chance of appearing. In the past, you won't know if a parent is coming even after they set an appointment.

Q: What do you enjoy most about us serving you?

A: You're considered fuss free! Everything is very quick and straight to the point. We need this, and let's go.

Some of the marketers will ask for a lot of things and I have to dig for them, but in the end I don't know what kind of results they gave me. So I end up doing many things but getting worse results. And they don't even use the materials, bullets, or many targeting points I gave them!

Q: How are we different from everyone else that you've worked with so far?

A: I think to be honest, you probably understand how the business works on the backend. So you're better able to advise not just the marketing segment of things, but the mechanism behind how certain things work. Like, for example, the sales process and why it's important to nurture the lead.

Sean's side will be in terms of marketing. He's very good at copywriting and very efficient also in terms of responses. I remember when I was writing some of the copy myself, he was very quick in his responses, I think within one, two days. He will review and respond already, then within the next coaching class, he'll review it again together with the rest.

Q: Why would you recommend us to other people?

As a business owner you'll have the clarity on which piece to work on first before touching the rest. Many times, we might be dealing with many, many things and cannot get the full force energy to work on something.
