Unlike any of the marketers, I'm an educator at heart AND experience.
For half a decade, I’ve run transformational camps for thousands of students and parents as a programme director under a leading 8 figure brand which you know as Adam Khoo.
In that time, I also worked in another centre, edited an Economics book, tutored students with financial difficulties, and even authored a #1 New Release Amazon book in the teenager category with the foreword written by Adam Khoo himself.
If I stayed the path, I would’ve been a trainer teaching students everyday, just like you.
But watching Adam Khoo build his empire with a team of talents running in the same direction sparked a dream in me…

Everyday for 2 years straight, I’ll wake up at 7am, walk 2 steps to my desk, and work till 1am. And for every client I gained, I reinvested into learning from the top marketing, sales and operation mentors, which racked up >$100,000 to just upgrade myself and the team.

I created my very own masterminds, got invited to dozens of podcasts, and ended up generating over $2 million for our clients and ourselves... without spending a dime on ads.
Everything was going well…
Until I started hearing uncomfortable situations from our education clients.

1. Right in the beginning, you tried running your own marketing and ads.

It’s actually got nothing to do with bad ads.
Agencies love to compete on how different their ads are compared to others. But it has nothing to do with that.
We’ve had clients working with multiple top agencies that ended up with the same result. Funnily enough, none has been able to beat our ROI for ads and enrol more students than us.
The REAL reason why you can’t consistently fill your classes is because of the myopic focus that everyone has…
Competing on lead generation ads.
Read closely, here’s the dark truth that no one talks about:
The local market is only getting fiercer over the past decade with a
1. 7.5% decrease in student size
2. 20% increase in centres
Which means, more competitors, lesser students.
So the leads you’re getting?
Those are definitely real parents.
But parents with all the luxury of picking and choosing.
And they would ONLY buy from you…
… if you could TRULY show them why you are the right and best choice.
But you can’t do that with ads.
When a parent gets onto Facebook/Google, they’re seeing 10 ads, and signing up for 5 of the “better written ads".
Worst still, I’ve had competitors stealing our ads.
So no matter how great your ads are, your lead quality is FOREVER bad.
If you REALLY want to stand out as the leading centre, to be one level above the rest of your competition with raving students, you need way more than just "lead generation".
To win the war, it’s what happens BEFORE and AFTER ads.
Now, here’s the problem - your marketer can't help you do that.
Marketers have never talked, sold or delivered any of your programs to parents or students before, so they have no practical clue on what happens after the leads are in. As a consequence, they dump leads on you to “figure it out”.
Now you’re left chasing parents on WhatsApp, or worse, price hagglers.
If lead generation was really just the missing link, we would have many multi million dollar tuition chain empires that succeeded with agencies.
But in reality, just like our established clients, many are burnt by agencies before coming to us. Getting an agency is a good way to start your business, but you can’t rely on just agency ads to scale a bulletproof empire.
So the only question now is…
Do you want to get leads, or do you actually want to get paying raving students?
To consistently fill your classes, you need a full end to end stranger to student strategy so that every “bad lead” now becomes a “great lead that only wants to work with you” aka an actual student who pays, stays and raves.
Just like how a private tutor does whatever it takes for their student to get their As, from personalised guidance, to cheat sheets, to 1-1 consultations, WhatsApp support, that’s the same intimate support that we do for you.
And if you pay close attention to the extreme top of the industry (the ones near 8 figures), you’ll realise that each of them has a Head Of Enrolment or CMO in their company. That’s exactly why they got all the students that they deserved.

Our time and your time is precious, so we only want to work on scaling an empire that stays for a long time. If you wish to maintain where you’re currently at, work with the next marketing agency you see on Facebook instead.
You MUST be client (parent and student) obsessed with a good program and reputation. Everything we do together will bring you way more students, impact and brand awareness in the market than ever before. To scale that, we need you to constantly seek improvement in your programs and want to serve nothing but the best. The last thing we don’t want is to be selling bad apples to the market.
You MUST work hand in hand with 100% ownership. We’re coming on as your growth partner, not an isolated freelancer. Which means, this takes 2 hands to clap. When problems arise, the best leaders in the industry do not blame others, but first take ownership for how to solve it. We do not ever blame our partner clients for problems, but instead, accept responsibility and solve it to move forward. And so, we expect the same for you. If your first instinct is to find fault in others, avoid taking ownership and solutions, we are not a right fit for you.
You MUST adapt to changes fast to capitalise on opportunities in the market. As quoted by Albert Einstein, insanity is doing the same thing again expecting a different result. So we WILL have strategies that are different from what you have now. If you’re slow or resistant to change and we have to constantly convince you on what’s best for marketing and sales, it’s better that you do it yourself.

I’ll give it to you straight:
Most tuition centres are carelessly slapping a bunch of marketing tactics together and hoping it somehow works.
That’s why they hop from Facebook ads to PPC ads, and from holding webinars to trial classes to whatever method they hear is “what’s working right now”.
These tactics DO work (and our team has proven experts in these areas)...but you’re lacking an overall system to integrate these tactics together.

Most tutors and tuition centres have something that looks like this:
What does this Google sheet really tell you about the effectiveness of your marketing?
Apart from a bunch of details about what’s happening to each lead, you don’t quite know the next step each lead is supposed to take.
This becomes even more confusing if you have a team working for you.
Instead, what you need is a student acquisition system that looks something like this:
You need a clear roadmap of how an interested parent turns into someone that sends their child (or children) for your lessons and packages.
By mapping out the individual steps that a prospect takes to become a paying customer, you get the clarity you need to optimise your marketing and potentially increase your revenue.
