Every year, Sean & Ai Ling have been helping at least 100 students pass their doors with most of them scoring distinctions. As time grew to serve more students, they got more overwhelmed with admin work and did not have time for sales and marketing. With the lack of systems in place to scale the business, they saw a drop in student numbers even though an increase in curriculum quality. 


So they engaged a marketing agency to get them more leads, but leads don't necessarily equate to more students. To avoid wasting their marketing budget, they were looking for a solution and found us from one of our clients' social media posts.

During The Process: How We Free Up Their Time And Crafted A 44% Workshop Closing While Increasing Their Prices By 25%. 

Before we applied our Package, Indoctrinate and Demonstrate framework as part of the 360° Enrolment™ system, we first had to free them from admin matters.


1. So to start, we ran a hiring funnel to recruit a remote executive assistant (EA) from the Philippines. After weeks of filtering hundreds of candidates through 3 stages of personality & competency tests followed by written and video interviews, we boiled it down to just two for them to interview.


Once onboarded, we shared with them systems on how to manage their EA. And that was how they got their first full time staff so they could free themselves to enrol more students. Now their EA helps them with the second move.

2. For our second move, we focused on indoctrination of the leads. An industry player told them that such onsite workshops to reach out to parents and students will not work as they are used to free webinars and nobody will sign up. So we built a followup sequence to ensure that new leads registered and reactivated the old leads to attend as well.

3. This was followed by a preframe sequence to ensure that they showed up live in person. If the leads were not attending the workshop, they went to a trial that we repackaged to increase conversions.
4. In preparation for the workshop, we focused on repackaging the offer as we wanted to increase the prices by 25%. We rearranged and renamed their service offerings and then placed it into a visual framework. The offer was so great that someone immediately bought it over the phone although it was at a much higher price than competitors.
5. Finally, we revamped the slides and closing script to demonstrate his unique teaching methodology while getting the students to self diagnose their problems. Instead of pushing for the sale, he invites the ideal group of people to learn from him which led to 2x the signups compared to last year, at a 44% closing rate on possibly the highest ticket program in the tuition industry.

Numbers wise, we had a 40% increase in enrolment compared to the past year so far. The biggest belief broken was the ability to achieve 2x more sign ups for their special intensive programs even with a price increase of 25%. 


More importantly, they now have foundations to scale student enrolment, a full time staff to help them with indoctrination of leads, produce even better products for their students, and best of all, have more time to spend time with their two young sons.
